The platform stated that further holdings will become available for withdrawal starting Tuesday at 04:00 UTC as safety checks are completed, following an initial reopening on Sunday.
Following an initial reopening, Binance intends to launch a second phase of crypto payouts on Tuesday, while metrics reveal transfer activity has stabilized following last week’s $6.3 billion breach.
Binance’s latest recovery update indicates that payouts for extra tokens will restart gradually starting Tuesday at 04:00 UTC, as system safeguards are reactivated, expanding on the initial Nov. 1 launch.
“Like phase one, reopening will roll out progressively across the assets as security and readiness checks are completed,” said Binance.
According to the platform, token access is prioritized based on overall user demand over the last week, while deposit functions remain fully operational.
Binance confirmed that the second withdrawal phase covers networks like Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, XRP Ledger, Sui, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tron, and Base as system access is expanded.
Binance reported on Monday that it unblocked withdrawals for multiple fiat currencies, such as the US dollar, UAE dirham, Vietnamese dong, Philippine peso, and Indonesian rupiah, as expanded access is granted alongside 23 previously restored options.
Binance Sees a Decline in Exchange Outflows
DefiLlama metrics indicate that crypto exchange departures slowed after Sunday, recording $2.57 billion in net capital movement on Monday, down from $6.1 billion as Sunday’s figures are compared.
Issuing a separate safety alert, Binance cautioned that fraudsters might leverage the phased restart to impersonate representatives, promising fast payouts, priority execution, compensation aid, or transfer into fake vaults as users are targeted.
“Anyone promising to expedite it for a fee is scamming you,” Binance said.
